Due to Corona I worked with the internet sales. I told them what I was looking for. While they didn’t have my exact vehicle in stock they found two at other dealers to choose from. I purchased a new vehicle only to get it home to find out that the home link the sales guy said was in the car wasn’t. I called him twice before he said he made a mistake, great. I also purchased an aftermarket paint protection that couldn’t be done for a week. So I put the car in the garage until the appt. Took it back to Daytona Toyota for the application, when I picked it up there was a large scratch on the rear side door. No one in the service dept said a word until I pointed it out. So now I have a new SUV with 90 miles on it that has to be painted because the scratch was to the primer. I had to run around calling everyone to get any information. No one at the dealership wants to know anything or has offered any compensation or will even return a call. They should change the car out I paid 30k for a new car not a scratched piece of crap. From the dealership manager all the way down through sales and service has been a total disappointment. This is our second and last vehicle from Daytona Toyota, worst dealership anywhere, they said they stand behind their cars but I guess that’s only when things are good. Btw, I did try calling the Toyota company as they say to but guess what, NO ANSWER. More
