Mr.Richards, I am sorry that it took this harsh but undeniably true account of your dealership to get you to contact me. This Rav4 should have been changed out the moment your service guys saw what they did. The car was at your dealership for 4 days and the manager Andrei was the only person who tried to contact me on the 3rd day and sadly only because you guys didn’t like the review I posted. It was nice that you offered the home link mirror by way of an apology, had I known it was not in the car when I purchased it I would have gladly paid for it. As for the repainting of the door again at 90 miles in, and now I get to have a car with a door that was NOT factory painted, and had to pay for a service that screwed me. I haven’t even discussed getting a rider for the warranty on that door and paint because I was so angry about the whole thing I just wanted to leave. I’m always going to feel like the car is damaged and wonder why you wouldn’t just take it back and give me another, even if it would have cost a few dollars more you would have had a customer for life.
