I'm disappointed to hear you felt "shafted" during your purchase. It's difficult to do blind appraisals and we typically try to stay away from them for this very reason - you might be disappointed when your vehicle isn't worth the amount quoted over the phone. Regarding a dealer fee, every dealership in Central and North Florida charges one. Certainly this doesn't make it easier to pay, but it's also not negotiable. Legally, we can't charge one customer a dealer fee and not charge another. I hope you continue to enjoy your new vehicle.
