I have bought Toyotas over the past several years from this dealer. I bought a new 2004 Corolla from Monica,then a 2007 and I just bought a 2010 Corolla from her. Monica is knowledgable,pleasant and understanding to deal with,so I highly recommend her to anyone. I was concerned about buying another Corolla,so she asked Joe from the service department to talk to me. He was excellent at explaining the mechanics of the car to me. Being a "senior" I appreciated he and Monica addressing my concerns in a professional manner. I was looking for a new car for my daughter, but there were several little quirks that needed coordination. For example, a price that she could afford, a way to get all the papers for a loan signed with h were several little quirks that needed coordination. For example, a price that she could afford, a way to get all the papers for a loan signed with her being in another state and finally, the car had to be shipped out as soon as possible. Jermaine and his boss found us a good car for a good price. Jermaine was in communication with me, arranged for the car to be transported. When our prearranged loan with our credit union dropped the ball, Jason began to help us look for alternatives. With the help of Steve, Jason and Jermaine, we were able to buy the car, get the loan under my daughter's/husband's name and ship the car out by that Saturday. Jermaine let me know once the car was on it's way. Even though the car was estimated to be delivered in 5 to 7 days, it actually arrived in 3! We were elated, especially my daughter. It took a lot of people to work together, including Fed EX. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and attentive. Thank you all. Janet More

It is quite inside, so much so, I was not sure the engine was even running. It was solid on the road, this car does not budge when 18 wheelers pass you. The visibility out of all the windows is great, head room fantastic, my husband is over 6 foot and he has plenty of head room. I also noticed how sharp I could make turns. Really a fun ride. Then we found Daytona Toyota from my sister in law who had recently purchased a car from you. I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry XLE. I live in Cocoa Beach which is over 80 miles from the Daytona location. I am long time owner of the Toyota line both cars and trucks. There are several dealerships in my area including Orlando. But past experiences have not always been pleasant so I was interested in trying the Daytona Toyota even though it is not nearby or convenient. I was most pleased with my experience especially the sales person, Monica Lewis. She was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, low key, and not high pressure. I was able to get a good deal without the traditional "arm twisting" and intense negiotation that are typical at other Toyota dealerships. Numerous other people I came into contact within Daytona Toyota operated in the same fashion. It is obvious that management and ownership require that customers are treated well and the buying experience is enjoyable. I have purchased new and used cars for over 40 years and this purchase was by far the best. I plan to be a repeat customer. More
