My overall experience was very good. I had expected to buy a car that day, but not at that dealership. But what made it totally worthwhile was the personalised service. Both Monica and Tom eased the formalities through, without the feeling of hard core salemanship. I will definately go back when I want to upgrade. The bottom line is they found me a reliable car, at my price range, and made it all work out. No intimidation, no games. I saw the car I wanted on the internet. I inquired as to its availability and imediately received a response from Monica Lewis. She was kind enough to answer my questions via several emails. The advertiesed pricing on the car is the price I received and it was not inflated. I had researched the internet for pricing and I knew the car I wanted, as well as the value of my trade. I knew my credit score and the type of loan, interest rate, and payment I qualified for. I relayed all this information to Monica so she was completely informed of my expectations. Every step of the purchase was a no haggle process. Everything I requested was taken through the administrative process with her business manager and Monica's responses were timely and efficient. The deal was basically done with emails and a couple of phone calls giving Monica information about my insurance and drivers license. Monica assured me the car would be pulled from the lot, filled with gas and waiting on me the next morning. Indeed it was just as she said. It was clean and ready for a test drive. Imediately after a test drive I was taken to the finance manager who had prepared all the documents for my signature. Extended warranties and options were explained in a no pressure setting and the paperwork was signed and the deal was complete. I arrived at 9:00am and was driving off the lot shortly after 10:00am. This is the greatest car buying experience I have ever encountered. Daytona Toyota became my dealer today. More
