Frank Rivera is #1 I had the pleasure of receiving vehicle guidance from Frank Rivera whom I highly recommend. My car was stolen on Christmas Eve. It was really a stressful time for me especially at my age. I tried to do my homework while waiting for the insurance claim to be completed. I especially liked that Frank really seemed to listen to what I wanted. This was such a pleasant experience and he put forth all effort to meet the criteria I had to work with and make sure I was happy with my car. Car shopping has always been one of my pet peeves, but this time was different. Frank is not overwhelmingly aggressive. I really appreciated this as well as his evident knowledge. At a time when I did not feel so special, he was able to inspire me and I am loving my vehicle. I recommend Frank Rivera highly as well as the Daytona Beach Toyota dealership. Thanks! More

Hard sell tactics make for a miserable experience I have to say, this was the worst car buying experience I've ever had and that is saying a lot. I had limited time and very fixed parameters of what I have to say, this was the worst car buying experience I've ever had and that is saying a lot. I had limited time and very fixed parameters of what I was looking for in a purchase. Mr. Aaron Sparks was my salesperson and did a fine job interacting with me, and had he been the only person I dealt with, that would have been fine, but when we couldn't come to grips with numbers he brought in the hard sell folks, and that is when things went off the rails. The second guy was in sales leadership and was trying to give me a price way off even the MSRP, and he told me he did that because they were trying to give me more on my trade, and this complex numbers discussion continued until I told them (as I had at the beginning of the conversation) that I had limited time and they promised to respect my time. That is when they brought in Mr. Nick Perry, one of the sales managers. He then hit me with the hard sell, he told me he could come down on the price and no down payment, close to what I wanted, but when I told him I needed to discuss with my fiancee, he kept pushing me to make an immediate decision, even though I had limited time, and then even told me I should "make a decision now, before I get married, on my own." At that point I just wanted to leave, and it took everything for me to get my keys back and leave, and even when I paid the guy a compliment on being good at his job, he said "obviously I'm not because I can't get you to sign right now". It was the hardest sell I've seen since the 20th century, apparently this dealership doesn't realize those tactics aren't used by the good dealerships. Highly disappointed, and if you want a stressful, hard sell place, this is the one. If you go here, make sure you avoid Mr. Nick Perry. More
