Brake job that could have been done last service visit My new service advisor Tanya is great. She gave me a quote for my brake job and came in at over $100 less. Prior to going in I was very upset with Mark Ingram my former service advisor. I Purchased a certified car two years ago and expect it to not have too many problems and it has not and I always Follow the maintenance schedule at Toyoyta. A year ago Mark said I need 4 new tires. It was Christmas and the quotes weren’t that great. Discount tire easily beat the price for the exact same tires. When I returned this past summer for maintenance Mark was angry with me because I bought tires elsewhere and he said I should’ve come back to him. He should’ve given me a decent quote to begin with. He said I don’t need anything that the maintenance light was for tires and sent me on my way. If he would have done the 5000 mile check my brakes wouldn’t have been grinding metal to metal this past week. Mark should do his job which is not scolding the customer announcing that I only come for Free oil changes. How insulting. I can’t believe I was spoken to like that. Was I supposed to come for something else given that I had a new certified vehicle? He doesn’t know me...I always get all of my service done at my dealers service department. It left me with a bad taste. If he would have done the 5000 mile check my brakes wouldn’t have been grinding metal to metal this past week. Mark should do his job which is not scolding the customer announcing that I only come for oil changes. Was I supposed to come for something else given that I had a new certified vehicle? He doesn’t know me I always get all of my services done at my dealers service department. It left me with a bad taste for Toyota. Bitter people like that need to retire... it doesn’t help sell cars. But I look forward to having Tanya as my new service advisor. I like my car. I’ll be getting my front brake job done in a month per her recommendation. More

Tire rotation I went to get a tire rotation and needed a ride to finish up Christmas shopping. The person at the service center acted disinterested and never notifi I went to get a tire rotation and needed a ride to finish up Christmas shopping. After waiting 20 minutes and finding out they were never notified, I paid for an Uber to get me to and from where I needed to go. Bey unprofessional to say the least. More
