Amanda in the parts department was superior!!! Wow! I've always avoided Daytona Toyota to do and type of work and would drive dozens of miles just to get warranty or ANY work done on my vehicles. Then I met Amanda, on the phone, what a breath of fresh air. It was like I was in a different universe, after being bounced around 3 different times to get my passengers airbag replaced I got Amanda! She not only listened to my issues at Daytona Toyota but liked to hear my HORRIBLE experiences at my personal bank, I think she was just sharpening her skills, dang shes really sharp. Then she scheduled my parts replacement so I didn't have to be another basketball on the phone. I'll be trying to recruit her out of the company ASAP. Great Service in a Pinch! I work down the road from this dealership and they were more than willing to help me with checking my battery because I commute from an hour away for I work down the road from this dealership and they were more than willing to help me with checking my battery because I commute from an hour away for work and was concerned about driving home and getting stranded. They took every possible step to figure out what was going on with my battery and look at the history on my car and discovered that my battery was covered under warranty and it didn’t cost me anything for them to replace my battery and I was worked in with other cars without an appointment and was still in and out within 1 1/2 hours. I will definitely buy my next Toyota from them when the time comes to get a new car. More
