Excellent customer service from the used car guys! I saw a beautiful blue 2004 Nissan 350Z convertible on cargurus.com while I was browsing being bored at in a meeting. I saw the dealership was 1.7 mil I saw a beautiful blue 2004 Nissan 350Z convertible on cargurus.com while I was browsing being bored at in a meeting. I saw the dealership was 1.7 miles away from work. So I stopped by after. I was met with smiles and helpful hands. I fell in love when I drove the car, but because of the age and miles it was hard to get financed they the dealership’s banks. They gave me some options, but I decided now was not the right time to buy a play car. So I decided to pass. A week later, I got a reminder email from the website that I drove this car and asking about my experience. I saw that the car was still there and thought it was a sign. I went to my own bank, worked some stuff out with them, contacted the dealership, and bought the car (which they held for me for a few days until I could make it back in). Drove it off the lot that day. 10 days after my purchase, the clutch burned out. I know it wasn’t my fault because I have driven a stick shift for many years. I called Danny, the used car manager, and asked if there was anything he could do since the car was so recently purchased. He told me there is a 30-day powertrain warranty where he would split the parts and labor with me 50/50. However the repair was around $1900 because of the amount of time it would take. I found a mechanic who did it for much less. I called Danny to let him know I got the repair done and gave him a copy of the invoice and contact info for the mechanic. He verified what he needed to and cut me a check for exactly half of the total repair. The half he reimbursed me was still less than the half he would pay if I got it serviced at his dealership. He did this with no hassle, no argument, no negative anything. This is the epitome of great customer service and it started and ended with this guy. Great dealership, great experience, great staff. For what it’s worth, I am a lifer because of Danny, the used car department’s manager. Nice job boys. More
