The only thing I can say that is somewhat negative about the dealership is not being able to find a car they wanted to show me, but thankfully something else caught my eye. More

We put an aggressive offer on the table and he worked diligently to get it approved. He cam back answering with a very reasonable offer. We left, do to a scheduling conflict, but I joked with my wife that it was the first time I had been able to leave a dealership with out the "closer" chancing me for a deal. The next morning we asked for more concessions and were politely refused. We accepted believing we had a fair transaction. Remi and his dealership were professional and great to work with.. Their offer was excellent and the fact we couldn't negotiate a better deal told us they want to make the buying experience as easy as possible. We highly recommend Remi and the dealership. Shortly after being absolutely scared away from Kia of Orlando by a couple of hounds I found myself on the web browsing to brush up on what I should know and be ready for in my next ‘fight’ and I stumbled upon a used truck. In moments I had a sweet voice on the line calling me to push me in the right direction and before I could remember his name he knew me like a book. He wasn’t too pushy but just enough to keep me motivated over the next few days and then what turned into a week or two. He was honest and kind and helped me get back on my feet after a scary process of replacing my totaled baby blue. I would buy from him again! I hope he’s still there when I come back to refi.
