Buying experience This is the second new vehicle I’ve purchased at Daytona Toyota Its all ways a good experience I really enjoy doing business at this dealership Love This is the second new vehicle I’ve purchased at Daytona Toyota Its all ways a good experience I really enjoy doing business at this dealership Love the lifetime power train warranty they offer Are saleswoman Ikram was the best so far She really worked hard to get us in the vehicle we wanted Also she is very pleasant to work with with that being said I did not appreciate salesman Damien trying to push Ikram out of the deal just because he happened to talk to my wife about a totally different vehicle 3 weeks prior to are visit He tried taking credit for her hard work That really upset me and my wife I would not recommend dealing with Damien he is a sneaky liar Telling the sales manager we were talking the day before Well it wasn’t the day before it was three weeks prior He even tried taking some of the commission on a vehicle he had no part in selling So other than him and his lies and deceptive practices Daytona Toyota is a wonderful place to do business with More

Overall positive experience I went to Daytona Toyota with the intention of looking at 1 particular vehicle as opposed to going to look at many vehicles. Frank (my salesman) was n I went to Daytona Toyota with the intention of looking at 1 particular vehicle as opposed to going to look at many vehicles. Frank (my salesman) was not pushy and neither was the sales manager Carl. The experience was 5 star worthy until I had to wait over an hour until I could sit down with finance. Once I finally did sit down with finance the experience was again a good one. So overall it was good, but the inordinate amount of time waiting to see finance made it 4 star worthy. That said, I would go back to buy another vehicle from them without hesitation. More

Awesome experience! My car buying experience began very badly at another Toyota dealer. I wasn't very hopeful about going to another one but couldn't find what I wanted My car buying experience began very badly at another Toyota dealer. I wasn't very hopeful about going to another one but couldn't find what I wanted at any other dealer. Our sales person, Chuck, was fantastic from the beginning. Very enthusiastic about my being able to find the car I wanted for me. Made me feel comfortable, never talked down to me or over my head (My nephew and brother-in-law were with me and most salesmen at other dealers talked to them, not me). The "negotiation" part was brief and and to the point - DJ was very knowledgeable and nice. There was a wait to complete the purchase but Chuck was always there to be sure to let us know what was going on, to be sure we were comfortable. The finance manager explained everything clearly and concisely. Can't say enough good things about Chuck - he made buying a car actually a very pleasant experience! Wish there were more like him!!! More
