I had Thomas at service desk 8 - and he was great ! - I also had help from Service desk 7,, as I arrived early and he was happy to start and do my paper work - He was great ! I had my Camry serviced at Daytona Toyota and they keep telling me things needed that I have completed but won’t accept. They also said they checked the battery and it was good. The very next day I went sh telling me things needed that I have completed but won’t accept. They also said they checked the battery and it was good. The very next day I went shopping with my wife for about 40 minutes. When we came out to the car the battery was dead. Nothing was left on. I’m losing confidence in the service claimed to be completed as everything is always checked. Toyota factory service is nothing close to what Daytona Toyota claims to be needed. I have also told the service adviser and service manager about the “parking brake malfunction see your dealer immediately “. They told me there is nothing they can do unless they see the light. I’ve showed photos of it. I find it hard to believe that this problem will not record a code. I had my truck oil changed last year. I saw the mechanic draining the oil. When I got home I checked the oil I discovered it black as it was when it went in. I drained the oil and took it back to the service manager. He gave me jugs of new clear oil. No explanation given. He said the mechanic is the son of one of our longest best mechanics. That could be a double edged sword. Not happy. More

The purchase process was ok, except we don’t like to play games. However, after we bought a car, we couldn’t get anybody to return my phone call. I called for several days and was told I would get a return call each time. Never happened. Finally, I went to the showroom and no one seemed to care. The service department made a mistake with the interior, but made it right the next day. So, my real complaint was with the non communication after the sale. Does not give me confidence in consumer satisfaction. More
