I'm a Vietnam vet my van broke down 2 days ago I walked over the Kia and Kia was trying to do the same thing selling me this stuff so then I walked across the street to Daytona and the guy sounded all good More

Your general mgr better be on phone to me because you sir walked away when I was being disrespected in your service lane. Why is it your concern now and wasn't when I was there ? This was my first service on a vehicle I purchased at your dealership, it was also my 11th Toyota I have purchased. I have already contacted Toyota to make sure I can switch dealers and get the service I deserve as a Toyota owner should. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership I've done business with or worked at.

All employees in the service is aware of this situation I've been speaking with them for the past two days. At at the end of day it's part of the rental transition is for you leave the keys with the collision dept., now its seems to be only my responsibility to replace list keys. So unjust.......
