Free service is great but guess what, cant get anyone on the phone. When they do answer they are rude. Been paying out of pocket for oil changes. My experience this time was quite positive overall. Similarly, they reported my tires, put on just $5K miles prior to my last service, as “yellow”. There is a LOT of wear on them yet, obviously. More
After inspections they missed squeaking brakes. Broken exhaust bolts, unbalanced tires and Took multiple trips to fix and on top of all that they didn’t put my inner fender back together right so Broken exhaust bolts, unbalanced tires and Took multiple trips to fix and on top of all that they didn’t put my inner fender back together right so it was flopping in the wind like a helicopter and they had to replace that as well because it was hitting the tire and melted away…. then showed the manager my door they supposedly detailed and it was worse then when they first started….never even got asked if they could re fix that either…Get your business together… really it’s ridiculous. Multiple trips multiple things wrong but the truck was inspected and cost an additional $2,000 which I still don’t understand why i was charged that. But thx for the amazing experience… More
