Free oil change add = regular oil plus filter and was completed very promptly after the appointment arrival time. I was expecting some hidden fees but there were none. I came in a day earlier by mistake and you scheduler’s and management found a way to get it done . It was great because I had traveled 90 miles to get there. Terrible service. Still have issues that I now have to pay for. Said alignment was fine but I still have the death wobble that was caused from the accident. Told me the car was ready and the mechanic noticed runs in the paint so it truly was not. After fixing the runs I returned 3 days later (as soon as I could get there) and there were visible grind marks in the paint and I told them I would not except it. Waited another 30 minutes and they “buffed them out”. My change in my glove box missing along with a knife I had gotten with my father when I was 8 that I kept beside my driver seat. When I picked up my car things had been moved around between my glove box and center consul. I asked and they said they never touched anything. After looking around I found my change box that can be removed from the center consol, in a garbage bag in the back of truck. Would not recommend this place to anyone. More
