A new truck was delivered to me with a factory defect that Daytona Toyota knew about! It cost me 4hrs of driving and gas. They didn't even have the courtesy to fill the gas tank which was delivered with that Daytona Toyota knew about! It cost me 4hrs of driving and gas. They didn't even have the courtesy to fill the gas tank which was delivered with only 3/4 of a tank. I should have been compensated somehow for their, Toyota's fault !!! More
The service department did a great job evaluating and recharging my 2023 Sienna. Unfortunately my car has only 3500 miles on it and after I received my Sienna the passenger sliding door did not close an recharging my 2023 Sienna. Unfortunately my car has only 3500 miles on it and after I received my Sienna the passenger sliding door did not close and lock. The service department also replaced a door motor to fix this. The a/c did not work the first time I used it, apparently did not have a charge in it. I believe both issues should have been found BEFORE delivery of the vehicle. Still no second key for my Sienna. Angel in service is great, kept us advised of each job. More
