I was disappointed when Angel quoted me a price of $180 to complete a diagnosis to figure out why the light bulb on indicator on the dashboard wasn't showing when the lights are on for my vehicle. I explained to him that it hadn't been working since the last time I serviced the vehicle but didn't bring it back to be checked. I thought the service tech accidentally turned it off when he turned off the maintenance required indicator light off. Or that a fuse had to be replaced. Charging $180 to figure this out is ridiculous. During my previous service, I looked into purchasing a new RAV4, but decided against it because I didn't receive the answers I was looking for. I appreciate receiving the free oil change every 10,000 miles. I don't usually have other work done because I find it less expensive with a different mechanic. More
