First of all the new tires help the car have a much more comfortable ride. This has been an extremely stressful situation. There is still an underlying mechanical problem with this car that I can feel whi comfortable ride. This has been an extremely stressful situation. There is still an underlying mechanical problem with this car that I can feel while driving, especially on the highway. And I feel the Toyota mechanics know exactly what it is and the salesman knew it was there before the car was sold. The form I signed for the tires included an exclusion of service. It started with the word “nothing…“ and an the rest was technical wording that I did not understand. Was that wording referring to the real underlying mechanical problem? I don’t know, but In any case, the car is much more comfortable to drive with the new tires. Thank You More
The service people are great. The dealership is not. This dealership uses outside venders to contact me to make appointments but information is not passed onto the dealership. The dealership is not. I also don’t care for the glossy color advertisement to “ move up” to a new car. It’s a waste of paper and I will never be enticed to purchase a car thru mail advertisements. Also, I have been trying to get my fuel gauge fixed for four appointments but I’ve gotten nothing but a runaround of excuses. When my tank says 10 miles to empty I can only put 10 gallons of gas in it. I’m told it’s supposed to be that way but we all know that’s not quite the truth. I like that the service department is prompt, helpful and I believe the workers are very good. I love my RAV4 Hybrid but do wish the gauge issue would be resolved. More
