Terrible communication! Service rep was just about unreachable unless you just show up. I was told for three days that my car was in detailing when u showed up after not get Service rep was just about unreachable unless you just show up. I was told for three days that my car was in detailing when u showed up after not getting called back the car still wasn’t finished and looked like it had been sitting in the shop with windows down for the whole time it was there. Never did get detailed after being told for the three days that it was in detail. I had to point out a missing gasket around a window that they replaced and that they did not tint it to match the rest of the windows. I was told I had to take it to another shop and pay them to tint it and u would be reimbursed? Spoiler wasn’t put on had to be installed when I went back for the window gasket. Tina was the only person that tried to help everyone else was just part of the run around. Terrible experience! More
