My service was terrible. Rad was out so I had to go to Kelly Jordan for my appointment. She was extremely unattentive. When I told her about my concerns with my car. I asked her if i would receive a phone call when my car is ready and I never got a call. I called her half and hour later and got no answer. When i went back to toyota... She said she was waiting on my text message which she didn't mention before I left. She only mentioned that she would call me. Was very short with me in explaining the details on my car service. And the issue I was worried about is STILL happening so I have to take time out of my extremely busy day to take my car a second time when it should have been addressed the first time. The worse experience I ever had. I was in tears. I hate that this is the only Toyota in town. Hate going here. More
