Toyota always has my back. I use their service center to maintain my 2008 Prius with 211,000 miles on it and counting. My Toyota is more than just a car to me. Bought in 2009 w I use their service center to maintain my 2008 Prius with 211,000 miles on it and counting. My Toyota is more than just a car to me. Bought in 2009 with 30,000 miles on it I always trust the service technicians to get the repairs (few and far between) done exactly the way Toyota has trained them. The service center is very well organized, the support team always checks for trouble and lets me make the choice of needed repairs, or those that can wait for my budget. Any car I need in the future will be a Toyota - guaranteed! More

I was a walk in wait job that didn’t have an appointment so I get why somebody would be upset with taking me, however I would expect at least a fake smile. Came in for diag on my car. Diagnosis was correct so I get why somebody would be upset with taking me, however I would expect at least a fake smile. Came in for diag on my car. Diagnosis was correct however the tech wanted an extra .5 hours to take out one 10 mm bolt and clip plug. Something that maybe would’ve taken a lube tech less than 1 minute. Finally just said whatever and said do the work because I was told the part was in stock. However an hour more of waiting I went to check on the status of my vehicle because I had to be at work. Advisor tells me that they are still waiting on the part to come in. I’m sorry? Since when has in stock meant that the part had to be ordered?! And does it really take over an hour to get a part from freaking o’rilleys? So then I get shuttled to work. Where I arrive late. My advisor told me to call him the next day for a return shuttle. I called twice before I ended up just ubering back to the dealership. My car was done, not washed, unlocked with valuables inside just sitting on their lot. My service estimate was given to me without tax added on… why would you not give an out the door estimate, if we are talking a few dollars okay, but I had to pay another $40 in taxes… take 5 minutes do the math. After receiving my paperwork with no multipoint inspection completed. Which explained why I received no additional recommendations for my vehicle. Overall very poor experience. Would be surprised if the dealership has above a 700 on surveys. Unless my car literally will not make it to any other Toyota dealer. I won’t be returning. Stay clear of Daytona Toyota. More
