I made 11 phone calls to Angel Otero he said he left me many messages and many calls. I checked my phone records. He called twice to my 11. Then Angel called to say they don’t do that work except Monday they Friday. Then they mis placed the Key that was to be programmed. It was in glove box in between papers. The CS manager gave price previously of 345.00 and 3 hours to program. It cost 400.00 and I now had keyless entry. Totally different that what was to be done. When asked about it all . They all said basically “ what you talking about Willis?” Angel said I left you many messages. No you didn’t I saved all your messages and T Mobile has a phone log. Then they didn’t close Hood on truck properly and I had to pull over on 95 to close it. Aron was supposed to call to say he checked video of where my lost key was, nope never got that call. More
