I previously thought that I had purchased the extended warranty and was told that I had not. When I came to see Karen Shank last month for my oil change, she confirmed I did! I needed to get my battery r warranty and was told that I had not. When I came to see Karen Shank last month for my oil change, she confirmed I did! I needed to get my battery replaced and she made sure to allow me to use my extended warranty service. I mean, this is why you buy an extended warranty!! Great experience with Karen. Service was great, unfortunately we spent over $800 the week before, all 4 tire replacement included, only to find out later that another $230 was need to replace a TPM. Maybe this should have been check week before, all 4 tire replacement included, only to find out later that another $230 was need to replace a TPM.
