A little confusion on whether my car had Apple CarPlay or not. Tech said no.. after sales associate and manager had said yes. Troy (sales) and Jeff (cus service mgr) called me immediately to resolve issue. T not. Tech said no.. after sales associate and manager had said yes. Troy (sales) and Jeff (cus service mgr) called me immediately to resolve issue. Turns out sales was correct and tech was wrong. Time will confirm when I drive all the way back from Orlando to get CarPlay capability installed by service center. At the moment... not totally happy but not totally unhappy either. More

Came in for a recall On my Tacoma but after Kiki done an amazing job, I left with a 2021 Tundra. She was very pleasant to work with and is very motivated.
