Even though I made my reservation on line, I had to fill out my address an other things on the service papers. had an appointment for a simple oil change and they knew I was waiting it took nearly two hours out my address an other things on the service papers. had an appointment for a simple oil change and they knew I was waiting it took nearly two hours. I saw the car when it came out and expected Angel to come get me. After 15 minutes I went to find him. He was checking someone in. Though there were several people with no customers, none offered to help in any way. your system required me to go stand in line with a cashier after standing in line with the service representative. The car had a fair amount of protective material left in and on the car that I had to remove. There was no indication that the car had been sanitized in any way - full fog or spray sanitation should be standard these days - didn’t see service techs wearing masks. I think I’ll be better off taking it to a drive thru place in the future. Takes less time, avoids have strangers in my car, doesn’t require me to have multiple close contacts, can be done in a touch less procedure. More

Spent 4 hrs there getting an LOF and a front toe adjustment on my 18 tundra. I was the first vehicle to get written up that day waited 2 hrs to get my vehicle, then I proceeded to leave and made it adjustment on my 18 tundra.
