Yesterday I had the oil changed and tires rotated on my rav4. Arrived at 825 (appointment scheduled for 830) and drove off the lot at 1100. 2.5 hrs to get my oil changed and tires rotated! Stephen Robinson told me that the team is called into a weekly meeting on Wednesday mornings to review the recalls that have come down from corporate. It would seem that reviewing these recalls and pulling all of the service techs off their desks at a time other than 10am on Wednesday would be more appropriate. Also, when I purchased my tires in April 2020, I was told to submit a set of paperwork for a $100 rebate. I submitted all of the paperwork and was sent $50. I asked my service tech, Stephen Robinson, about the missing $50 rebate and he told me he would look into it. I still do not know anything. And feel as though I was lied to when I purchased the tires, and, but for the promise of a $100 rebate, I would have purchased them at Costco. I will not be a fool twice! More

Had to take my vehicle back to be fixed two times an still wasn’t done right. Plus was told the tire pressure sensor would go off and that I had nothing to worry about. But I was loosing air. Took it to John Hall to have it looked at turns out there was a nail in the tire. I will not recommend them to anybody and will not take my vehicle back there. More
