The reason for 4 stars not 5 is due to the condition and unsavory customer lounge while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. It is terrible and is huge negative for the dealership management. Corolla recall I brought my mother's car in for a recall on Saturday July 25, 2020. Was told about 1-1/2 hours for the repairs and also wanted the manual trunk rele I brought my mother's car in for a recall on Saturday July 25, 2020. Was told about 1-1/2 hours for the repairs and also wanted the manual trunk release repaired. I received no call when the car was ready, I returned 2-1/2 hrs later and the car was ready. Trunk release issue was not repaired or looked at. Had to wait to get an estimate on trunk release repair from mechanic. Plastic side panels on console fell off while driving the car home, had to put them back on myself. Poor level of conscientiousness by service staff. More
