My service provider, Karen Shanks, did an excellent job seeing to it the I get the most out of my service plan I purchased when I bought my 4Runner. My 2017 Tundra was running rough and was experiencing poor gas mileage, So I brought it into service, to see my Advisor Scott, to determine what could cause that. Scott took the vehicle in and within may poor gas mileage, So I brought it into service, to see my Advisor Scott, to determine what could cause that. Scott took the vehicle in and within maybe 1/2 a day, his techs diagnosed the problem but told me the part was special order. Without hesitation he put me in a courtesy vehicle, and had me back on the road the next day. No more surging, my mpg is back up, and the price was surprisingly reasonable for a dealership. Definitely recommended! More

John, my service advisor, was helpful and knowledgeable. However, I dropped my truck off at 12:45 (with an appointment), and it wasn’t finished until 3:10. The service department also suggested several unnecessary services. A bit tactless in a difficult economic time. The only reason I would recommend this service center is for free oil changes. More
