Friendly service I picked up a nail in my tire and needed it repaired. It was covered under warranty and I didn't even have an appointment and it only took an hour. Disappointed We have been using this service center for over 10 years-always have done a good job-checked our records and knew when services were needed. I was disappointed because our past record was not checked and they replaced my spark plugs that had just been replaced when my car needed service in Asheville, NC. I was not ready to spend another $300 on my car-wanted to put the money into new tires. It seemed like the garage in NC knew what had been done to my car in the past-what happened at Daytona Toyota??? More

Problem solved but it should not have taken so long my hatchback would not open on my 2019 Toyota 86. It took two trips, the second one lasting an hour and a half, to figure out that the opening system my hatchback would not open on my 2019 Toyota 86. It took two trips, the second one lasting an hour and a half, to figure out that the opening system was turned off.There is a key inside my key fob it could’ve opened the hatchback , and there is an on/off button in the back of the car. However, the problem is solved, and the people are very nice. Plus, there’s food while you wait! More

Repair Overall I am very satisfied with how they handled my repair. Only negative I have is when I called ONE time just to see what time frame they were look Overall I am very satisfied with how they handled my repair. I was treated like I was calling all day everyday, not able to even speak and rushed off the phone.
