Horrible customer service at the dealership. Ready to place blame wherever they can but at themselves. Had my oil changed at dealership since I purchased the vehicle. After driving 268 miles my motor sta place blame wherever they can but at themselves. Had my oil changed at dealership since I purchased the vehicle. After driving 268 miles my motor started knocking then seized. Checked the oil and oil level was low. Had vehicle towed home at my expense. Talked to service advisor Steven Robinson. Said we will have it towed in and looked at. After phone call from him he told me engine is locked up. Told me wasn’t their fault. Nobody there could tell me how much oil actually goes in the vehicle. I told them 7.2 quarts you have 5 on my paperwork. I looked back at all my paperwork and they have been putting 5 quarts of oil in my vehicle every oil change. There are 6 platforms to my vehicle. One platform being a 2.0 coupe that takes 5 quarts. My vehicle is a 5.0 sedan special edition that takes 7.2 quarts. They said they JUST PUT 5 quarts on the paperwork for all vehicles. So my receipt says 5 quarts, and th can’t prove they put correct amount of oil. So taking necessary steps to have this dealership own up to their mistakes. Next will be an attorney which seems pretty clear. If the number don’t add up 5 quarts isn’t 7.2. Attorney William have no problem proving negligence on dealerships part. Sadly I have purchased many vehicles along with my family from the dealership. I will no long be a customer! More
