Not happy at all with this dealership. In my opinion they look to take advantage of their customers. The reason I bought a new vehicle here 2 years ago was because I was promised "lifetime warranty". Now tak look to take advantage of their customers. The reason I bought a new vehicle here 2 years ago was because I was promised "lifetime warranty". Now taking it in for service I find that's not true. They also push expensive items as necessary but in fact are not. I was told I needed a $220 fuel injection service, a $72 differential service and a front end alignment on a vehicle with only 16,000 miles and no abnormal tire wear. I'll take my free oil changes, but go elsewhere for service and buying vehicles. In fact, as much as I hate to go out of the area to buy a vehicle, I just did, More

As always your service team was polite and explained everything to me. I was a little disappointed that it took almost 2 hours for an oil change and to reprogram my radio. Since I moved to Florida I have taken my Highlander to your dealership for oil change and tire rotation several times now. I am looking forward to the remodel because the customer waiting room and bathroo your dealership for oil change and tire rotation several times now. I am looking forward to the remodel because the customer waiting room and bathrooms are completely disgusting.
