As always your service team was polite and explained everything to me. I was a little disappointed that it took almost 2 hours for an oil change and to reprogram my radio. Since I moved to Florida I have taken my Highlander to your dealership for oil change and tire rotation several times now. I am looking forward to the remodel because the customer waiting room and bathroo your dealership for oil change and tire rotation several times now. I am also dissatisfied with the fact that an oil change and tire rotation took two hours.My appointment was at 8 AM and I was on time. I am disappointed that my time does not seem valued by Toyota.
