I was not favorably impressed when I brought the truck in with the check engine light on and you supposedly did a multi check and marked that my warning lights were all in the green!! Easy to get appointments. Repair work is good. No problems afterwards. Karen is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. When work cannot be done same day, I am given a loaner vehicle. Which i problems afterwards. Karen is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. When work cannot be done same day, I am given a loaner vehicle. Which is great because I live 45 minutes away and Votran only goes to Pierson 3 times a day. Also Gold Service requires a one day notice on trips. More
