There is always something that could have been corrected that wasn’t. The care is almost always dirtier than when I bring it in. I was told in the last two appointments I would need new tires. Came in for a complete service with a note about a vibration. Service tech kept questioning me about the tires and rims and were they put on by Toyota or did I install them. I told him that they were on the vehicle when I purchased it. i guess he did not believe me he then called a manager to ask him. I was told my service was complete. I left with no paperwork because it was not offered. I looked at the service sticker as I was driving down the road it said next service was at 10,050 miles. I was over that when I brought the truck in. I called them back and he said they just put the wrong sticker on. I asked him what they did and he said only checked the vibration. I had to turn around and return to get the service that he said I was not due for. I scheduled a complete service and I had to convince him I was due for an oil change. More
I was so nervous when we arrived because the service department was packed! But, I got checked in right away, and Angel's estimate of how long our service would take was very accurate.
