Normal oil change and service usually takes 35 minutes or so. Todays was over and hour. My customer rep told me that Mondays are bad due to lack of service techs and their new schedule. Bought it to Daytona Toyota and Kevin Serodio took care of everything he showed professionalism and took good care of me al problem and other issues.
