Navindra was great! He was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He knew immediately what was wrong with my car and told me it would take about an hour to replace the harness - and su very comfortable and at ease. This is my first time dealing with DeNooyer Chevrolet I bought a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado diesel 1500 love this truck. Bought a brand new 2022 truck on a Friday and it wouldn’t start in the drive way on Sunday. I felt like I received terrible customer service from John ( not sure which one) I had to call onstar myself and start in the drive way on Sunday. I felt like I received terrible customer service from John ( not sure which one) I had to call onstar myself and wait until 3:30 before that came to get my truck. In the meantime I was told they didn’t have a vehicle for me. I said that’s not an option and then I was told, I had to wait until 2:15. Got to the dealership and waited an hour before I rental was ready for me. All in all, a total waste of 3 days. The serviced department could have cared less! More
