Sales department was excellent, sales person excellent. Delivery of vehicle was absolutely horrendous. Delivery team set a time for pick up -2pm. I arrived on time, vehicle was not ready was not cleaned. Delivery of vehicle was absolutely horrendous. Delivery team set a time for pick up -2pm. I arrived on time, vehicle was not ready was not cleaned. Had to wait over 90 minutes after paperwork for delivery was complete for vehicle to be prepared and it was not as clean as a vehicle delivery should be. More
