I needed an oil change and NYS inspection. I dropped the car off the night before and got notified in the late morning the next day that it was ready to be picked up. We dropped our new vehicle off to DeNooyer. Our service rep DJ was awesome. He explained things to us and made sure that we had a ride home that day. I'm never going back to DePaula, (I have too for a leather dash replacement under warranty, if they ever call me back) 2017 Vette Grand Sport Collectors Edition. But, that's if for me. I've been lied to 3 times in 4 visits......It cost me money to fix a problem that DePaula said they would fix..Bogus diagnosis to collect money from me. You can't win, you are not under the car. Your guys are straight forward, fast, and seem to be honest. If I was not so depressed, spending $ 2,500. for parts and labor for brakes, maybe a 5 star. I will be back. More
