From best to worst Went from best car buying experience to the worst customer service ever. Had an accident and brought it to DeNooyer because of the loyalty I had afte Went from best car buying experience to the worst customer service ever. Had an accident and brought it to DeNooyer because of the loyalty I had after such an amazing car buying experience. Was spoken to extremely rudely on a number of occasions by Larry the body shop manager. My truck has not been right since it was returned. I repeatedly attempted to resolve the issues with the body shop, the service department and Joel DeNooyer. I ended up bringing the vehicle to Mangino Chevrolet who confirmed that the frame was still bent as well as having an issue with the transmission. I again attempted to seek help through Rebecca Hanley who promised that she would speak to Joel and that my vehicle would repaired. After multiple calls, messages and emails to her, I received no response. Utterly disappointing. I now have a 50K+ truck with a bent frame and bad transmission that I will have to get fixed elsewhere. More
