Overall, getting a new set of tires on my truck went well. Check-in w/ Bob Anderson went smoothly. Service area was quieter than usual for a Saturday morning. Tire installation started quickly. Service tech seemed to know his business but was self-conscious and asked that I not watch him work (from outside the service bay). I found this to be odd, especially when I am having $900 of service work done. As an engineering manager, watching skilled tradesmen is part of my job and I found it strange that your mechanic would be uncomfortable with me observing his work. I appreciate all of the help I got from John Cordi in setting up my appointment and keeping the bill manageable. My new tires perform very well...thanks for a job well done. More

It was recommended that I purchase the Paint and Fabric defense protection plan because it would cover any paint issues or fabric issues your truck may have. Examples were stains that couldn't be removed or punctures from a pen. Other examples for exterior were paint fading or rust all within the time frame of the warranty.I made a appointment to have the driver seat and the rear passenger quarter panel looked at. The driver seat has a wire or cable that runs up the center of the seat and is wearing a hole in the seat. I also explained I am getting rust on passenger quarter panel. My truck has 52000 miles and is kept spotless. To be informed that there is nothing you can do about the hole that is wearing in my seat was totally unexceptable. Also to be told that the body shop has moved and I would have to check with them was also unexceptable. I purchased this warranty with the expectation that I would be able to bring my truck here and the issues would be taken care of. This was a waste of my time and $1300.00 for the warranty I paid for. If this is how you take care of your customers after they purchase a $44,000.00 vehicle I assure you I will never purchase from you again. I would gladly spend a little more at time of purchase and know that I would be treated as a valued customer instead being treated like I am bothering you when I have an issue with my vehicle. I had only a few issues with my services. First and the biggest is that no one called me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I checked in I noticed my phone number was incorrect and I tol biggest is that no one called me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I checked in I noticed my phone number was incorrect and I told the person checking me in my correct number and he wrote it on a piece of paper. So I called at the end of the day to see what is going on. Second, when I picked up my vehicle the service was less then hospitable. I understand that due to what is going on currently that there aren’t as many people working, but when I asked for copy of my alinement specs which weren’t given to be to have the tech helping me huff and puff and be very short is a HUGH turn off for me coming back to the dealership. That one instance isn’t going to prevent me from coming back but just come courtesy is all I am asking for. If that tech was busy I was more than willing to wait till he was free to help me. More

Great service! Fast and courteous. DJ was prompt with the text response to contact him with any questions. Honored customer satisfaction ticket A few months back, I had to get some warranty covered work done. I was unable to pick up my vehicle when I had to as my keys were inaccessible at the A few months back, I had to get some warranty covered work done. I was unable to pick up my vehicle when I had to as my keys were inaccessible at the time I arrived. To compensate for having to come back the next day, I was given a ticket for a free oil change and tire rotation. I'd recently had new tires installed by a different business and one of them was way off balance. I noticed a lot of shaking in my steering wheel after I'd left from the oil change. I brought it right back and they identified the problem and fixed it as a courtesy. Thanks, guys! More
