Just a little oil leak Made an appointment to check for an oil leak. Upon arrival was told it would be better if the vehicle was left, so I got a ride home with the curtesy Made an appointment to check for an oil leak. I received a call at 3 pm that was vehicle was done, but I didn’t pick-up the call until 4:20 and I knew the shuttle stopped running at 4:30 pm. I called the next day at 11 am requesting a ride. The operator gave me the number of Mike the driver. I called his number and left a message. After an hour I called the dealer again and she got Mike on the phone and I could hear him speaking in the background that he was, “just about to call me.” Mike did arrive a half hour later. I think a return phone call within 30 minutes would have served me (the customer) better. More

Another Geat Service at DeNooyer Chevrolet It is easy to make an appointment online. Was contacted to confirm the appointment and to review all the services and a Recall to be done. Service was done along with the Recall faster than was quoted. A rear brake issue was discovered and the tech needed vehicle a little longer to take care of the brake and another warranty repair. Dwane Lockrow was able to get another shuttle to take me to work while the service was being done. Dwane communicated during the repair and let me know right away the truck was done. Everything was explained and reviewed when I picked the vehicle up and check out was prompt. I have ONLY taken my Silverado for service at DeNooyer Chevrolet and Dwane Lockrow is a pleasure to work with. More
