Denooyer Collision was absolutely amazing when it came fixing my car after someone hit it. Mary and Mariss (I believe her name was) were amazing to work with. I was notified every other day about the status of my car. I did have to bring my car back in to have 2 things adjusted but they were a minor oversite. Overall, very happy to have my car back and happy to have such a smooth process. More
The service center needs to communicate better Hopefully, the third time is the charm. The first visit for cleaning the carbon out of the engine ended with a check engine light by the second st Hopefully, the third time is the charm. The first visit for cleaning the carbon out of the engine ended with a check engine light by the second start. The second visit replaced the cylinder head with a whole bunch of other parts, covered by warranty or the dealership since the engine was showing problems after the cylinder head was replaced. This took 5 weeks and I had to call on a weekly basis to find out what was going on. I had a loaner car for both times in so I could make work meetings and visit my mother in the nursing home. I paid the $100 deductible which was returned. After a week, my engine stalled when I braked really hard. After driving the loaner for 5 weeks, first thought it was just the eco-stall until I took my foot off the brake. No check engine light went on. Engine started after two tries. No problem until a week later when the car didn't start again until it was jumped. No check engine light again. The check engine light then went on a week later for a couple of days, then off. Then the car stalled out while driving. Had to have it towed to a garage where they got it going one day and then not the next. Had it towed to the dealership and called ahead to let them know it was coming. Received an e-mail stating that the car needed a starter and battery wiring plus $13 for air in the tires. Called rep leaving my work number and cell number. Found 2 messages on my home phone. They did get the car unbricked and were able to get the engine running properly after several days. I think they may have solved the carbon problem as well. Better communications are needed either to phone numbers given or by e-mails that can be responded to better than yes/no. More

Phone calls had same results.Finally after calling the operator I received a phone call. I was then told that the service I required couldn't be completed til the next day. Wed after repeated texts ignored, and no response to phone messages, I was told it would be another day.Finally on thursday afternoon I went to pick up my truck finished or not.I was then informed that I had several problems not initially brought in for, but that my extended warranty had expired 3 days earlier.I had my truck serviced for a recall, slipping transmission, and to calibrate the wheels as I had them rotated at another chevy dealer, who forgot to do it. Dj assured me the calibration had been done. It was not. I had to return to get this done. Not happy. More
Too long I arrived 20 minutes early for a 1030 oil change. Vehicle didn’t move into bays until 1100. Wasn’t done until 1200. Aggravating!!! Your parts department couldn't get a part shipped out to them for my vehicle. Can't give me an answer on when it's coming in either. I was disappointed that my vehicle sat in your service dept for a week waiting on this part that never came in. I was advised by John Cordi that I could still drive my vehicle without this part being replaced. Once the part comes in, John said he would advise me so I can bring my vehicle back in. This is such an inconvenience to me having to keep bringing my vehicle back/forth. I will say that John Cordi was pleasant on the phone and was apologetic for the inconvenience this has caused. Also, they replaced my radio antenna for a radio issue I was having, unfortunately the new antenna didn't fix the problem like they thought because since receiving my vehicle back, the radio issue is still happening. So, I will need to bring my vehicle back again for this issue. More

Dropped husband at hospital. Went to start car—completely dead—no display. Called De Nooyer—very little help. I was stranded and my husband stranded at hospital—he is a handicapped veteran. Called AAA again (all at my expense as we have now run out of covered service). AAA jump started and said problem was and always has been the small battery. Am now afraid to go anywhere in the car st it is totally unreliable and I cannot risk being stranded with handicapped husband. More

I had a dealer coupon for a free oil change sent to my email , so I was excited , I could get my oil changed and inspection done at the same time then no I couldn't get in until the 3rd. when I got to the shop on the 3rd they wouldn't honor my oil change coupon . needless to say I wasn't happy! I have personally purchased 2 brand new vehicle, my twin sister also purchased her equinox at this dealership. I have sent friends who have also purchased vehicles at this dealership. I didn't get to speak to my dealer john Di Gregorio, he was with another couple, buying a vehicle. I have always been happy at this dealership. When I needed to purchase my second vehicle DePaula Chevrolet just a few miles away did all they could to sell me a car , but no I came back to Denooyer , to deal with John Di Gregorio, because I had always had great service. This time my appointment was for 5:30 pm I arrived at 5pm , and I left at 7pm.I wasn't happy this service took so long, and I had to pay for a oil change that should have been free for being a loyal customer as the email coupon was for. Total lack of communication unless I initiate it I brought my truck in because of a bunch of electrical problems. I dropped it off on Weds morning and after about an hour I was able to catch the shut I brought my truck in because of a bunch of electrical problems. At 5:15pm I realized they had not called me to tell me what was going on with the truck so I called in. The woman I spoke with was able to tell me that my advisor had gone home, as had his crew and that all she knew is that there was a part needed and the truck was not yet done. I then had to catch an Uber home after waiting for the surge pricing to be over, and found a way to work the next day. Despite the woman telling me that DJ would call me first thing in the morning, I received no call. At 11:20a I called in but after being on hold for over 5 minutes, hung up. I tried again at 12:20p and managed to leave a voicemail. I then texted DJ for good measure. It wasnt until about 1pm that I managed to talk to someone. At that time I was finally told about the options of getting a part or trying to rig it back together. Long story short, this then extended into Friday with a similarly little communication back my way. Once I did get someone to call me on Friday, he had no idea about my warranty and kept telling me it was going to cost X and Y for things when I have a full warranty on the truck for another 46k miles. The lack of communication and then lack of knowledge of my account is horrifyingly frustrating. If this was the first time, I'd chalk it up to a mistake but this has now happened each time I've used this service department. It's not hard to call the customer and clue him in on the fact that he needs to figure a ride home. As a single parent, this is a massive problem. More
