HOWEVER, nearly 3 hours before I got my truck back while waiting at the dealership. Was told the work would take 2 hours, went back to service desk after 2 hours and 20 minute and was told truck was almost done. After another 1/2 hour in the waiting room went back to the service desk to find out the truck had been ready for a while. Thing is, nobody came to the waiting room to tell me the truck was ready!!! Very disappointed! More
