Lack of Concern for customer Service writer was late and there were at least 6 customers kept waiting outside past opening time. Young man did apologize for delay but the fact that the writer was late shows a lack of focus on customer needs and they don't appreciate that customer's time is valuable. We all had other places to go and other things to do that day. In the past experience I found the writers rude and acting like we were bothering them. That is why when my free visits are done I will find alternate vendors for my service needs. More
