Very good service from Jon Cordi Went to check noise which I suspected as suspension issue. Since the technician was on lunch break, I was kindly provided a loaner during the check. Service issues I had a cooling system flush done 2 years ago, but only 4k in mileage. I can only assume the coolant was defective or the flush not done properly, if at all. While they were cordial, I get the feeling I was not told the whole story. More

Another family member one. Your computer filing system has never been correct. Second, I hardly think charging nearly $500 to replace an actuator is reasonable. GM Parts direct sells the part retail for $104. Aftermarket prices range from $65-$100. You charged $198, and an additional $275 for labor. And the service rep was shocked that I didn’t want to fix the two rear doors that still open manually. I realize that you have to make money, but be reasonable. I called my local body shop and they will install two new actuators including parts for $225. That is reasonable. $500 for one door is not. More

Best service center in Upstate NY! I have been to others but I always take my car here. Matt my service advisor is outstanding. He always makes sure I am aware of what is going on wit I have been to others but I always take my car here. Matt my service advisor is outstanding. The mechanics that work on my car behind the scenes always treat my car with respect and make sure I am safe in my car.
