OK Service The service rep was friendly and nice. Had my vehicle in for GM maintenance and check, it's a diesel which requires DEF some was added but a mess wa The service rep was friendly and nice. Also need a key fob reprogrammed which there wasn't anyone on duty to take care of that, I now have to come back. You guys don't wash your customers vehicles, where your competitors do. More

Great service I dreaded coming up there for an oil changes b/c as a working mom with 4 little ones in various schools etc it is just not something I can fit in too I dreaded coming up there for an oil changes b/c as a working mom with 4 little ones in various schools etc it is just not something I can fit in too easily. I live and work in the N Greenbush/ Troy area. I like to pop in for an oil change spur of moment when I have time. But I made the appointment. It was quick and painless. Out in less than an hour. Thanks so much. It is always a nice perk to have floors vacuumed with an oil change. Maybe something to consider adding. Everyone is pleasant and efficient. Thanks! Megan Greco Baron More

Oil change! Service was great was always but had a 8am appointment for oil change and didn’t leave there until 10am. That’s just insane and uncalled for. Long wait for oil change Service people are easy to work with. However I had an 8AM oil change scheduled. I arrived a few minutes after 8 and did not leave until 10AM.
