Stopped to make appointment Stopped on Monday early afternoon to make an appointment to have my truck inspected, transmission service due also. Also AC not working. To my supri Stopped on Monday early afternoon to make an appointment to have my truck inspected, transmission service due also. Also AC not working. To my suprise they took me right in. Transmission serviced and vehicle inspection done. Ran dye through AC system and found condenser coil was bad. Apparently Chevy is having problems with AC Condensor Coils failing (2015 Silverado) and the part is on back order. The test to isolate what the problem was with the AC cost almost $200 bucks. Seems Chevy should eat that expense if lots of these coils are failing enough to be back ordered. Another $100 deductable for warranty, so give or take ten bucks it will be around $300.00 out of pocket for a failed AC condenser coil on a truck with not even 47K miles on it. Are these things made in China? ?? More

The service rep dealing with us was very polite, however We don't have issues with the service people we spoke to at all. John Cordi was very pleasant. The issue is overall. The service potentially needed was similiar to service we just had done last year at a large expense. We were leery of moving forward. We asked for a Salesman/Manager to call us about a trade in- nothing. Had to call a couple of times over a couple of days and still did not get a call back to discuss a trade in and purchase of the other vehicle we were already in the need for. Nothing. Was promised a call from Service Manager and did not receive. Picked up the car and took to another Chevy dealer. When we got home, there was a msg from a sales person sometime after 4:30 . We left our cell number (John circled our number on the slip and confirmed it was the best number for us). When I called service to say we were picking up the car, the woman who answered asked me if we received a call that it was ready. I said no, we hadn't had service, we needed to pay for the diagnostic charges and I mentioned that we had called several times to speak to a sales manager about a trade in she simply replied, "oh okay, if you can try to make it here by 5, because service closes by then". I didn't catch her name. Initially we asked for Steve Gordon, our past Sales Rep but unfortunately he was away. I think if he had been there there would be a different end to this. More

Transmission 2015 Silverado My truck went in with an issue that wasn't part of any known recall, the technicians were able to diagnose the issue once I showed them what was happe My truck went in with an issue that wasn't part of any known recall, the technicians were able to diagnose the issue once I showed them what was happening. As a warranty repair I was given a like loaner vehicle to get me back and forth to work while my truck was laid up. Chris called me a couple times to give me updates on the repair progress. Everything seems to be working great now and ready for camper hauling season. More
Customer interaction was horrible The person checking me in was rude. When picking up my car I was told that my car was out there so I wandered in the rain looking for my car. When asked about the issue and why I had this problem after 6 months of owning the car I was told it was because of where I lived. I have lived here for 7 years and never had this issue with any of my other cars. Felt dismissed and that they could car less about my concerns. More
