Service Brought vehicle in to have recommended service (oil/tire rotation) and to look into driver heated seat and driver assist issues. Informed that vehicle was ready to pick up after a few hours. Received receipt of work that was completed. Got to vehicle in parking lot and noticed tires had not been rotated and back of driver seat cover not reattached. Contacted service personnel of what was observed. Individual accompanied me to vehicle and noticed discrepancies. Service Manager was gone for the day and personnel in charge asked me what they could do. I informed to fill tank with gas and conduct the required services that were suppose to be completed. I feel that I have been shorted and even wonder if the oil change was actually completed. This experience with your service department, has left me wondering if previous services were even conducted. Driver heated seat still is not working correctly (back of seat works). 30,000 mile checkup I had the 30,000 mile checkup on my 2015 Malibu and was glad all went well although I was told the cooling cabin filter was dirty and it would be best I had the 30,000 mile checkup on my 2015 Malibu and was glad all went well although I was told the cooling cabin filter was dirty and it would be best the replace it at $52.00. When I bought my Chevy, I also purchased the best protection warranty for the life of the car or 100,000 miles and I think this filter could have been taken care of. It literally took seconds to insert the new filter and I think $52 in addition to $349 for the service was something that could have been done by DeNooyer without charge. More

It's just okay. I took my brand new car in for service and they said it needed a part.. they were supposed to call me in 2 days and tell me it was in. They didn't.. I eventually called them and she said there was no record of my ever being there.. a few phone calls later, she found the part was ordered and scheduled me to come in. They change out the screen as that is what GM is told them to do. It does not fix the problem. Several phone calls later, they tell me they don't know what is wrong and I have to bring it in so they can troubleshoot... in two weeks since the guy is going to a training and can't work on it now. Meanwhile, I am driving a brand new car that has no touch screen half the time. No music, no navigation.. nothing. The car has 1,000 miles on it. Buying this car was a nightmare and a whole other rating. I realize this is not the dealers fault entirely, that they don't know what's wrong.. stuff happens but I had to call them, they seem very unorganized and don't seem to mind me driving a broken, brand new car. I will say that John has been helpful and did call me back. He seems to be doing his best, but this whole experience makes me want to not ever deal with this dealer again. For anything. More

So figuring that the tech knew what he was talking about and wasn't just some xxxxxxx padding the bill, she agreed. She got home with the car and showed me the bill. I was livid! Our car has 16000 miles on it and the owners manual clearly states 45000 mile lifespan for the air filter. There can be no other explanation for this but simple dishonesty. What a complete disappointment! More
