Denooyer service took my car in at the date and time promised. Which was especially nice because I made the appointment myself on line. No problems whatsoever. Almost was side swiped by a vehicle being driven by a Denooyer employee cutting IFO Service entrance. No one would make eye contact with me, stood and waited, then someone finally looked bothered and tol Denooyer employee cutting IFO Service entrance. No one would make eye contact with me, stood and waited, then someone finally looked bothered and told me I was in the wrong spot, Express is over there. Sorry I put you out dude! One employee for Express doesn't work guys! Service was completed, truck parked IFO customer lounge for over 30 minutes, I finally texted the link. They had me come in, stacks of paperwork, apologetic. But, not really customer oriented. More
