As soon as I went into the service center, Matt Ross greeted me immediately a I had.my 2nd routine maintenance with an oil change and tire rotation. As soon as I went into the service center, Matt Ross greeted me immediately and asked why I was there. I told him I had a scheduled appointment. He was very pleasant and accommodating. Since I was waiting for this service, Matt asked if I knew where the waiting room was. He said he would come and get me when it was completed. Forty-five minutes later he came and told all was fine. Service Shop literally forgot about my car. I bought my car in for an oil change an hour early. I called ahead of time to ask if they were busy and if so I would wait until my appointments regul I bought my car in for an oil change an hour early. I called ahead of time to ask if they were busy and if so I would wait until my appointments regular time. They told me "no, bring it in" and so I did. I didn't end up getting my car back until an hour after my original time. In total I waited 2 hours for an oil change. When I went to ask about my car I was told "Oh I paged you, you didn't bear?". First off there was no page as I was in the waiting room the whole time. Secondly, they came and got every other customer to tell them their car was ready. Clearly the folks at the desk just forgot entirely or couldn't be bothered to come get me. Never again will I use this service Shop for anything. More

Vibration in engine and car when RPMs drop to around 1200 I brought the vehicle in based on an in car evaluation by one of your asst service managers. He called me to tell me to set up a service appt as he h I brought the vehicle in based on an in car evaluation by one of your asst service managers. He called me to tell me to set up a service appt as he had found some info to correct the problem. On 3/21/18 I brought my car in. The rep that handled the service came to me and said your "experienced" tech could not duplicate the problem. They stated the car is performing properly. I left not at all pleased with DeNooyer. The car still does the same noticeable vibration when the tach reaches arnd 1200 either accelerating or decelerating. So I have no confidence in having my vehicle serviced by Denooyer. More
