Really easy process Shawn was the person I dealt with and he worked around my schedule. I gave him a few options of when I could drop off my car and he managed to get me Shawn was the person I dealt with and he worked around my schedule. I gave him a few options of when I could drop off my car and he managed to get me a loaner the day before they could look at it because I lived out of town and wasn't sure I could get a ride because I couldn't be late to work. So not only did I get a loaner but my service was covered so I didn't have to pay. Great service and thanks for the help shawn!!! More

He proved all this by stating what had to be done to my vehicle and taking full responsibility. I personally feel he could handle any situation. The service was not bad and not good either. The service department is always trying to find ways to double and triple the amount you pay. This is typical Dealership behavior and while it might be good for DeNooyer, it’s not so good for me and my fixed income. Any complaints about this policy are usually ignored or I’m told I can take my business elsewhere. The problem with “elsewhere” is they are just as bad if not worse. So the bottom line is if you want to keep your GM car all GM get ready to pay a lot of money for it..........The truth even when it hurts and it always does. More
