Purchased a vehicle a year ago from this dealership, along with an extended warranty. The truck currently doesn’t start and there seems to be an issue with the transmission. We called to set up an appointment to have the truck looked at and to discuss repairs. We we’re told a service manager would call us to discuss the vehicle and warranty, however we received no call back. When we called today, we were told they couldn’t help us to contact another dealership. I’m appalled and disgusted they would treat a customer this way. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DENOOYER AGAIN!!
